FamilyLife is excited to announce that we’ve entered into a partnership with the Armed Forces Network (AFN), the worldwide broadcast service for military men and women stationed around the world. AFN has 175 radio outlets overseas and is also available on over 200 military ships. FamilyLife Today®, our 30-minute daily program, recently received authorization to be made available to these stations.
AFN has a major presence overseas that goes beyond Americans who live on base. Expats and even locals within many countries are eager to listen to the English broadcasts. The potential listening audience is huge!
Each individual station manager has the final choice of which programs to air on their station, so while not all of them will air FamilyLife Today, the chaplain who oversees the religious programming on AFN is encouraging them to take advantage of this terrific program.
