We are pleased to announce that former FamilyLife directors of Canada, Neil and Sharol Josephson, will continue serving FamilyLife as the new leaders of the Global Resourcing team.

Previously a Bible college president (Neil) and a TV news anchor (Sharol), they have devoted this second season of their life to marriage and family ministry. After providing excellent national leadership to FamilyLife Canada for 14 years, Neil and Sharol determined it was time to bring their experience and passion to the FamilyLife movement globally.  Neil will serve as VP of Global Resourcing, Sharol as a FamilyLife Global leadership coach, effective September 1, 2024.

Neil and Sharol have been married 46 years and have extensive experience leading, speaking, and serving together as well as individually.  Sharol has worked internationally with The Leprosy Mission Canada and as the national director of Operation Christmas Child.  Neil has been in leadership with Power to Change (Cru in Canada) and at the local church and denominational levels. For five years they also led Canada’s largest church conference designed to equip and develop leaders within the local church. Their focus in these new roles with FamilyLife Global will be on developing indigenous national leadership teams and ministries in key nations.

“Our deep desire is to see healthy, God-honoring marriages and families in every country around the globe.  It is a privilege to come alongside you, FamilyLife Global leaders around the world, and join in what God is already doing in and through you. We can’t wait to meet you all!”

The Josephsons are taking over from Kirk and Lynn Murray, who have led the Global Resourcing team for the past 15 years. God has blessed their work and used them to grow and develop FamilyLife ministries around the world significantly. They will continue to serve with FamilyLife.
